Professional Experience

• Over 22 years’ experience practicing tax and regulatory law, and has particular expertise in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, and inbound and outbound transactions.
• Prior to joining PKF Thailand, Auaychai worked as a partner and senior tax advisor in the Bangkok offices of a Big Four professional services firms for over 12 years. He holds an LLM (adv.) from the International Tax Center of Leiden University as well as LLM and LLB degrees from Thammasat University. He did also an LLM research paper on a transfer pricing on the topic of the Indirect Charge Method under Section 7.24 of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines in 2010.
• Tax structuring services for group restructuring and M&A transaction for inbound and outbound investment in Thailand and other jurisdictions, for instances, CLMV, Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. and investment structure and foreign direct investment, tax due diligence, tax implementation, tax treaty interpretation, BEPS advisory service, transfer pricing, family office and legacy tax planning, customs duty, property tax and other tax services, including day-to-day operation advisory and tax compliance services.
