About The Position

Title : Junior Associate – Corporate Legal

Specifications

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degreein law or other related fields
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Having some experience in corporate legal work would be advantage
• Having a Lawyer License and Notarial Services Attorney License is a plus
• Good command of English, computer literacy and goodcommunication skills
• Being proactive, service minded, positive and can-do attitude
• Willing to travel to government authorities both in and outside of Bangkok on a regular basis

Job description

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:=

• Prepare documents and submit to the government authorities for the establishment of limited companies and other types of legal entity in Thailand
• Prepare and submit applications for BOI approval, Foreign Business License, and approval under the Treaty of Amity
• Prepare and submit applications for any specific license or permit as required by law based on the type of client’s business in Thailand
• Registration for a change of company’s information with related authorities
• Search and analyze information related to corporate laws and other laws for doing business in Thailand such as Foreign Business Laws, PDPA, Labour Laws, etc.
• Prepare corporate secretarial documents such as minutes of shareholders or directors meeting, share register book and share certificates, tax and social security registration forms, bank application forms for the opening of corporate bank account
• Translation of documents from Thai to English and vice versa
• Other duties as assigned
